Sunset Chasers Group Run and Walk

Fleet Feet Montgomery hosts Sunset Chasers every Tuesday at 6 p.m., with separate run groups and a walk group, so it works for beginners as well as regular runners. The walk group heads out from in front of the shop for 30 to 40 minutes, and the runners pick routes through the surrounding neighborhoods.

Early risers can also join the shop’s Wednesday Early Bird Run, a free 5-mile run that leaves at 5 a.m., rain or shine. Wear reflective gear or a light as the days get shorter, and bring water. Check the shop’s training page or social posts before heading out in case a run is moved.
