Fairhope Massage & Bodywork
About
Fairhope Massage & Bodywork operates out of 105 Lottie Lane, just off Lottie Lane and Fairhope Avenue, as a by-appointment-only practice built around a roster of nine licensed massage therapists. Individual therapists on staff bring anywhere from 5 to more than 18 years of experience, giving the practice, registered under license E-3811, enough range to match clients with a therapist suited to their specific needs.
Founder and CEO Anna P. Johnson, a nationally certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT AL#2742) with more than 18 years in the field, built the practice around sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping and rehabilitative bodywork. Johnson leads daily operations personally, with a stated focus on consistency and client care running through every session booked at the practice. L. Johnson, an Army veteran with a background in project management, serves as Marketing Manager and CFO, overseeing client experience, community outreach and business growth.

Front-of-house runs through Office Manager Jennifer, who handles scheduling, alongside Halee, who works the front desk as an esthetician and manages the practice’s social media, and Eri, a University of South Alabama student who splits her time at the desk with coursework. The team describes massage therapy as “an essential part of overall wellness, not a luxury,” and the practice’s stated approach favors evidence-based, results-focused sessions over a generic spa treatment, with therapists listening closely to what each client needs before a session begins.
The massage menu covers Swedish massage from 30 minutes at $60 up to a signature 105-minute “Sweet Southern Serenity” session at $190. Aromatherapy sessions run 30 to 120 minutes and range from $80 to $230, while sports and deep tissue work, priced separately from standard Swedish massage, spans the same 30-to-120-minute window at $110 to $265. Hot stone massage runs 60 to 90 minutes for $125 to $160, lymphatic drainage sessions run 30 to 90 minutes for $80 to $165, and couples massage books at 60 or 90 minutes for $205 to $265.

Add-on treatments, including a foot scrub, back exfoliation, paraffin treatment and additional hot stones, each run $15 to $17 on top of a booked session. On the esthetics side, the practice offers a full facial menu starting with a Teen Facial at $85 and running up to specialty treatments like dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, both priced at $145, giving clients a way to pair skin care with bodywork in the same visit.
Because the roster includes nine licensed therapists with varying specialties and experience levels ranging from 5 to more than 18 years, new clients are typically asked about their goals, whether that is pain relief, injury recovery, stress reduction or general relaxation, so the front desk can match them with a therapist suited to the request. The practice operates by appointment only, with scheduling handled by phone or through the online booking page rather than walk-in service, and clients are encouraged to note any injuries or areas of focus when they book so the assigned therapist can plan the session in advance.
Booking requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty; a same-day cancellation is billed at 50 percent of the appointment cost, and a no-show is charged in full. Active-duty military members, veterans, law enforcement and first responders receive a 10 percent discount on services, though that discount does not apply toward gift certificate purchases.

The practice keeps an Instagram presence at @fairhopemassageandbodywork and posts on Facebook under the name EliteLMT, where prospective clients can see the range of therapists and treatments available before booking a session at the Lottie Lane location in Fairhope. Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (251) 504-8346 or through the online booking page on the practice’s website.
